Our Rooms

Electronic Classrooms

The following rooms are mainly reserved for lectures, but can be used for practice purposes during free periods:

CN-building: Rooms CN 0104, CN 0105, CN 0106

Opening times:

Monday to Friday 07:00 a.m. – 08:00 p.m.

Rooms

Our IT rooms are equipped with modern technology to support the teaching and applications of different IT tools.

Teachers can work with two beamer projections in parallel, e.g., to explain complex structures on a whiteboard while showing an application and its usage on the PC.

Students can work independently with current software environments that are also used in the same form in companies.

Free Study Zones

Free study zones for students are located in the following rooms:

CN building: Rooms CN 108, CN 0109
CD building: 2nd floor Gallery

Opening Times

Monday to Friday: 07:00 a.m. to 07:30 p.m.
Saturday: 08:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

Lecture Halls of the Future of the Faculty of Business Management and Social Sciences

With the Knowledge eXchange Platform (KX), we as a university want to meet the needs of our students and lecturers. We want to exploit the opportunities for an atmosphere that promotes knowledge and learning, networking and international collaboration and modern university didactics.

The lecture halls of the future are not merely rooms with special equipment (see below). They depict our understanding of the concept of our future-oriented vision in terms of innovative teaching and learning experiences. They are intended to support hybrid and flexible teaching and offer fundamental opportunities for a digital transformation. With the establishment of hybrid teaching, we offer a contemporary and flexible form of interaction between lecturers and students. HyFlex Teaching combines synchronous and asynchronous teaching and offers opportunities for both remote learning and traditional face-to-face interaction.
