Are you a PhD student, Post-Doc or academice staff member in Osnabrück and looking for other reseachers to exchange ideas and experiences with?
Osnabrück University and Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences invite you to join our social events! We meet in changing locations in Osnabrück and offer a variety of leisure activites. Here you can chat with other doctoral candidates in a relaxed atmosphere and exchange ideas about your research and common interests. In addition to international researchers, there are usually also some German PhD student joining our activities.

Music unites!
We invite you to a fun music quiz night at 7 pm. This evening is all about music: Can we manage to put the songs in the right chronological order in the Hitster board game? Have you ever played disco bingo? Perhaps you would like to play your favorite bands on Spotify for us?
It would be great if everyone could bring a drink and some finger food/snacks.
The venue is the Caprivi-Lounge (CaLo) on the Caprivi-Campus of the 188篮球比分_188比分直播—激情赢盈中√. Address: Geb?ude CK, Caprivi-Campus, Caprivistra?e 30A. Participation is free of charge and prior registration is not required. We can't wait! :)
We want to end the winter with a cozy fire and roast e.g. stick bread, marshmallows or apples over the fire. You are welcome to bring something (warm) to drink and eat. The meeting point is at 7 pm in the outdoor area of “Schmied im Hone”: Oldenburger Landstr. 62.
Prior registration is not required. We look forward to seeing you!
After our trip to Bielefeld last summer, we are very happy to welcome international researchers from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Bielefeld in Osnabrück this time! We would like to show them a bit of our beautiful city and would be delighted if many Osnabrücker researchers join us :) If you have favourite spots in Osnabrück that you want to show our guest, we'll be very glad to include that to the walk through the city!
We have also planned a joint lunch and a short guided tour to the tower of the Marienkirche. From there we will have a fantastic view over the city! Don't miss it!
We meet at 10:10 a.m. in front of the central train station. The event officially ends at 2:00 p.m, but you are welcome to spend some more time with the group until the train to Bielefeld departs at 3:30 pm.
Please remember to wear appropriate shoes and weatherproof clothing.
Prior registration is not required. We and the researchers from Bielefeld look forward to seeing you!

- Participation is free if charge, but everyone pays for its own drinks/tickets etc.
- You are welcome to bring your spouse and children to our events, too.
