Kurzbeschreibung

In international businesses human resource management always has an additional level of complexity. In order to handle this successfully it is useful to have an insight in the specific fields and challenges of international human resource management. Moreover, the strategic aspects of international human resource management have to be taken in account in order to be able not only to understand human resource issues and come to decisions of practical relevance.

  • International incentive structures and performance appraisal

    Gender related issues of career and talent management.
